I'm a Wisconsin girl living in the Twin Cities. I've been here for almost 6 years, and still don't consider myself a Minnesotan. I suppose eventually I should get a new drivers license. *sigh* I moved here for school and really fell in love with the area and all there is to do in this city.

Either way, I grew up in suburbia and had dreams of being a young hip professional working in the downtown of some super cool city. Now I'm a young professional working downtown of a super cool city (and less concerned with being hip) - so I like to think I did alright. My career is really important to me and something I take great pride in. I love being in the design field and being able to be creative and problem solve all day long.

I believe in treating your body right. Eating fresh, healthy natural foods, exercising and constantly challeging yourself physically as well as being mentally tough and centered. I have an ohm tattooed behind my ear that reminds me of that mentality. This past year, I have tried (and loved) snowboarding, kickboxing, yoga, dodgeball and running fun races. I'm by no means in the best shape of my life, but I'm getting there.
