Legend has it that a local Seattle rapper gave Bob his nickname, Business Over Broadway (B.O.B.). Bob is a complex man who tends to elicit extreme emotions from people. In support of his impact on people, Bob has been overheard saying, "People either love me... or they adore me."

Bob helps companies maximize customer loyalty and accelerate business growth. He conducts and publishes research (see books - Beyond the Ultimate Question and Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty and articles) in the area of customer feedback programs, and continues to explore new topics on his blog.
