Born in Paris, France to American expatriates, Bob is recognized as a leader and international speaker in global sales, technology and social networking. Bob has lived, worked and traveled extensively overseas; to date his journeys have taken him to 42 countries on 5 continents.

An early adopter of technology and the Internet, and now a key influencer on social channels, Bob studies the latest in global trends, technology, the Internet and social media developments to identify best practices in delivering a best-in-class service delivery to today’s consumer.

He began his real estate career in the exclusive luxury market of Georgetown in Washington DC. He quickly became a Washington DC Association of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Leader. Bob’s real estate career has spanned sales, management, real estate brokerage ownership and executive leadership.

The internationally acclaimed Social Media Mastermind Orange County (SMMOC) was founded by Bob in 2009 to provide the Southern California business community an opportunity to participate in a facilitated discussion to brainstorm and share best practices related to technology, the Internet and social media. In the past 9 years it has grown into a dynamic community with over 1,300 members with a global social media reach of over 100,000 people.

Bob lives in Irvine, California with his wife, Kathy Klingaman.
