• I am the Senior Pastor of Real Life Christian Communities (RLCC).
• I am an Adjunct Professor of Leadership Studies at the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL).

My Educational Background

• Elementary and High School - Paco Catholic School (Completed 1976)
• Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication - University of Sto Thomas (Not Completed)
• Bachelor of Pastoral Theology - Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries (Completed 1995)
• Master of Divinity major in Expository Preaching and Teaching - International School of Theology - Asia (Completed 1995)
• Master of Theology major in Systematic Theology - Asia Graduate School of Theology (Completed 2007)
• Doctor of Ministry major in Transformational Leadership - International Graduate School of Leadership (Completed 2020)
• Certificate in Spiritual Direction and Coaching, Soul Shepherding Institute (Not yet Completed)

My Family

• I am married to Gina C. Baylon since 1990. She co-pastors RLCC with me.
• I have two sons: John David C. Baylon and Joseph Immanuel C. Baylon

• Reading books and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
