A movement of multiplying communities of faith composed of faithful and fruitful followers of Jesus led by less-anxious leaders.

To fulfill my mission and vision, I have chosen the following ministry roles by grace through faith:

  • Senior Pastor of Real Life Christian Communities (RLCC), San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines.
  • Adjunct Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies at the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL), Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • Assistant Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program in Transformational Leadership at the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL), Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • Visiting Professor for the Department of Pastoral Studies at the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines (BSOP) located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

My Family

  • I am married to Gina C. Baylon since 1990. She co-pastors RLCC with me.
  • We have two sons: John David C. Baylon and Joseph Immanuel C. Baylon

  • Reading books and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
