I'm a small business entrepreneur and artist living along North Carolina's beautiful coast so am constantly inspired by our area's beaches, marshes and wetlands. Most of my painting's subjects are created directly from nature. Whether they're dunescapes, seascapes, or figurescapes, I enjoy capturing the energy that resides in all living things and believe that our interconnectiveness stretches far beyond our current state of being. Wanderlust has precipitated travel to Spain, France, Holland, Austria, Germany, Australia, Macedonia and the Caribbean. And soon I will be living in Moldova for 27 months as a Peace Corp Volunteer!! I'm excited to have this wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact and hopefully enrich the lives of Moldovans. Check out my blog about the Peace Corp experience as it unfolds.

I'm also a very proud mother of three amazing children. Well, they're in their 20's so technically not children anymore! My hope is that I've instilled in them a thirst for adventure, a desire for righteousness and a love of GOD, most of all.
