DUBITO, ERGO COGITO, ERGO EVOLVO.
- “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
MAXIM: Live and Let Live.
The two self-evident truths that I try to adhere to are: Life is what we make of it, and To learn is to evolve. From these springs the rest…
Rational individualist. Internationalist. Humanist.
I am tolerant of just about anything but the malefic ignorance more often than not accompanied hand-in-hand by the illusion of knowledge seeded and perpetuated by the very sources that capitalize on the ignorance of the masses, shamelessly profiting off of it by pushing the fear/hate/war-mongering narratives; subsequently resulting in morally unjustifiable dumb violence, potentially escalating it to the irreversible – consequential total obliteration.
- Ultimately, ignorance is your only true enemy. And in truth, only you can ultimately defeat it.
MANIFESTO [or, setting the record straight]
I believe in the ideals and principles of Democracy – the freedom of thought and freedom of expression.
Just as I believe in the responsibilities that come with these freedoms. Consequently, I believe that those who blatantly abuse the right of freedom of speech—by employing elaborate lies in order to advance their interests, while deliberately unjustly harming others—should be held accountable; if for no other reason than to preserve the integrity of the very right to exercise the right of freedom of expression.
I also firmly believe in the basic moral principle that one is Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Therefore I post, to make a point of spotlighting the facts that may have been (and, in fact, too often are) buried deep under a thick pile of well-scripted highly persuasive rhetoric echo-chambered by the corporate media, designed not so much to inform the public but rather to manipulatively shape public opinion on the subjects of politics, foreign affairs, social justice, health, etc…
I believe in reason, the praxis of common sense and the pursuit of truth; however inconvenient it may prove to be at times. I also believe that while there may very well be more than just one side to any truth – ultimately, there's only one truth, whatever the side. How one chooses to arrive at it is just as important of a journey as is the destination itself. In that I believe.
