I've been around the automotive industry since pumping gas and changing oil at a full service gas station (Kids ask your parents what that is) while still in high school. The last 20 years or so have revolved around selling auto parts online, and exceeding customer expectations. Selling anything online is an ever evolving capacity. Remember, the customer may not always be right, but they alone will choose how they want to do business, and from whom they will buy. What you do must make them remember you well enough to brag to their friends about their experience.
