I am an IT infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory expert with over thirteen years of support and implementation experience in enterprise level environments. I have extensive experience and expertise in systems consolidation, virtualization, documentation, compliance, team leadership, project management, planning and expert level support. I have a strong background in Microsoft Windows infrastructure implementation and support. If it is made by Microsoft, I've probably installed, used and supported it.
I currently work for Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer specializing in Active Directory troubleshooting, planning and support since October 2011. My job as a Microsoft Active Directory PFE exposes me to more than 40 unique enterprise infrastructures every year, which provides me with an unparalleled perspective on how to both manage and support an Active Directory environment and it's users. My Active Directory experience has grown exponentially during that time.
