Brad Kenney

Currently I'm serving as chief experience officer at a boutique game design agency, leading a SoLoMo startup I co-founded as chief marketing officer, and serving as a creative consultant at MakerBot Industries.

In the past, I've held roles as Senior Director of Creative Strategy at old-line Mad Ave firm Young & Rubicam and Director of the Mobile/Social platforms group for the Cannes-sweeping ninjas at R/GA; prior, I led New York-based strategy/creative teams for Austin-based Dachis Group.

Before Dachis, I served as the Emerging Technologies practice lead at EY, a "big four" management consultancy, leading large teams from both the Customer Strategy and People / Organizational Change practices in helping global clients adapt marketing and communications strategies to an ever-shifting landscape of emerging and social/mobile technologies.

Prior to these roles, I was a contract copywriter and creative director for several Ohio-based agencies as well as a working writer and editor in the consumer and trade press, crafting award-winning articles about the intersection of culture and technology, interviewing incredible people along the way (e.g., Andre 3000, Jack White, Radiohead and Ray Manzarek). I've created multimedia content for every emerging platform over the past 20 years, and have helped produce and spoken at events and conferences from Berlin to Boston to Beijing.

In my off-hours (when I can find a few!) I am a foodie, avid sports fan and sportsman; I also write and play music with my wife and family and my latest geek fascination is designing and printing 3D instruments.
