I work from the cloud so I can spend more time in the field with clients, my device of choice is my iPad, and I talk to Siri. I believe that nothing is more enjoyable than guiding first-time homebuyers down the path to homeownership and then witnessing their excitement when they get to step into “their home” for the first time. Or helping a seller realize a higher sales price than expected by implementing a strategic, and professional marketing plan all at my own expense. And after 10 years in the industry, I have come to the realization that Real Estate is not only my career, it is also my passion (just ask my wife). How else do you explain my obsession with watching HGTV after a long day of touring properties, or staying up late watching webinars on all the latest real estate technologies.

If I’ve learned anything from being in this industry for over a decade now, it’s that real estate professionals play an integral role in the course of any real estate transaction. But in order to be effective as an agent, and provide the highest level of service, one should be a great listener, a strong negotiator, a problem solver, and quick to embrace new technologies that assist in streamlining the transaction process.
