Bradley Tirpak

Bradley Tirpak is an investor based in New York and London.

He is the founder of Locke Partners and of Shareholders Advocates for Value Enhancement (SAVE), an organization that promotes good governance at public companies in order to enhance long-term performance for shareholders. As a shareholder advocate, Bradley Tirpak has successfully partnered with various investment funds to improve corporate governance or bring about changes in corporate leadership at their portfolio companies.

Bradley Tirpak worked for more than 13 years as a portfolio manager at Credit Suisse First Boston, Caxton Associates, and Sigma Capital Management. Prior to his career on Wall Street, Mr. Tirpak founded Access Telecom, Inc., an international telecommunications company based in Mexico City. He has served on the Board of Directors of USA Technologies, after leading a group to bring about governance changes at that company.

Bradley Tirpak attended Georgetown University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration, and Tufts University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

He is a former member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has contributed to several major newspapers, including the New York Times and The Economist. He was a contributing author to “New Product Success Stories,” published by John Wiley and Sons in 1995.
