Brandon Westerling

Brandon Westerling brings over 15 years of real estate experience to his position as the Managing Director of Elements Real Estate, LLC, before which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology with annual dean's list recognition from The Johns Hopkins University in 1996. In addition to his education at Hopkins, Brandon Westerling acquired extensive knowledge of the real estate industry by participating in a variety of supplemental instructional programs, including professional development training from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, real estate management training from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and multifamily coaching from The Lindahl Group.

Brandon Westerling also possesses a great deal of practical experience. As early as 1998, he purchased his first investment property and created a small apartment investment group, which realized success over the next 10 years by building, managing, redeveloping, and selling real estate. During this period, Brandon Westerling also held leadership positions at several real estate investment companies. From 1996 to 1999, he served as an Investment Specialist with Prudential Real Estate, and from 2000 to 2003, he fulfilled the duties of President for Mercury Equity Corporation. Before accepting his current position, he served as the COO and a Managing Partner of Quantum Realty Group Inc.

Throughout his career, Brandon Westerling has focused on managing multifamily investments and handling troubled properties, including REO projects, short sales, and previously mismanaged developments. In addition to handling individual troubled properties, he emphasizes revitalizing major projects and optimizing entire neighborhoods. Brandon Westerling also manages the company's commercial property assets with a focus on commercial real estate and the national emerging market. Moreover, he facilitates the improvement of properties' security, reducing criminal activity by 80%, and implementation of green program initiatives that include Energy Star updates.
