Brandon Rice Kentucky

As founder of Boomerang Site Solutions, later known as Immobili, Brandon Rice of Kentucky developed a system for renting wireless antenna space from local businesses. The business would take him from Tampa, Florida to Bellevue, Washington over the next several years.
He invested significant time in studying the business concepts behind wireless antenna acquisitions. While studying with Bob Crammer of ETC Associates, he gained an in-depth knowledge of building and maintaining client relationships. He also developed the skills necessary to secure complex agreements with large corporations, which often require multiple approval for site rentals. Throughout the next decade his companies would secure Master Agreements with all of the nation's leading wireless carriers. Mr. Rice secured exclusive marketing and management rights to some of the largest grocers, REIT'S, Hotel and Restaurant chains in the United States for wireless purposes. Eventually, tens of thousands of commercially zoned properties were secured, and numerous sites continue to perform under the agreements. The majority of Immobili was acquired by Trilogy Equity Partners in 2009. Brandon Rice remained with the company as President of Real Estate and a Board Member until its acquisition in 2011.
