Practicing law for over three decades, Brian Cunha represents clients throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and North Carolina from three office locations. Since 1996, he has been owner and operator of the Law Offices of Brian Cunha and has provided legal counsel in personal injury law, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and product liability for individuals and groups. His current duties include managing cases and supervising his firm’s associate attorneys.
Before founding his firm, Cunha worked in a two-man partnership in Fall River, Massachusetts, where he acted as an attorney for civil and criminal cases. He earned his law degree from Suffolk Law School in 1976; and holds a bachelor of science in finance and a master of business administration from Boston College.
A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Brian Cunha is an active member of his community. He regularly donates funds to students in need of scholarships, and recently provided a bronze Iwo Jima Memorial statue for the city of Fall River.
