Brian Austin graduated from Utah State University in 2006 with a Master's of Education and is the Director of Instructional Design at Xactware where he works with a talented team of training professionals. Brian has worked for large and small companies and has a passion for simple, elegant, high impact performance improvement solutions.

Brian loves birding, backpacking, and is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormons), and served a two-year mission for the church in Okayama, Japan. Brian lives in Utah with his wife, Jamie, and their three children.
