Brian Wagner is a Senior Manager with Washington PR firm Gibraltar Associates, focusing on communications and brand strategy for clients in the defense, healthcare and international markets. He also manages Gibraltar's intern program, where he hires, corrupts and then releases future communicators into the wild.

Brian currently serves as a Public Affairs Officer (Lt.jg.) in the U.S. Navy Reserve, and is assigned to the Office of the Chief of Information at the Pentagon. A key priority for 2012-2013 is support professional development efforts across the Reserve PAO community.

In previous lives, Brian worked as the Washington managing director of an international PR firm, as a senior director at a national healthcare non-profit, and as a Congressional policy advisor. He has an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and has completed graduate work at the National Defense University and the U.S. Defense Information School. He wants to go back to school, but only if its free.
