Brian is an entrepreneur, technology executive, startup advisor/investor, and occasional backend web developer with nearly 20 years of experience envisioning, building, and managing online media companies.

Brian is the founder and CEO of Next Click Ventures, an advertising technology company that specializes in customer acquisition, and serves as a partner, advisor, and board member to several start-ups.

Previous appointments include director of technology, CTO, and other technology leadership roles for several organizations, such as a VC-funded social media start-up, multi-national affiliate marketing company, and one of the largest national animal welfare non-profits in the US. Brian has also held senior-level software engineering positions at numerous tech start-ups.

His last entrepreneurial effort, a real estate software startup founded in 2001, became a leading platform for real estate offices with tens of thousands of customers in over 40 countries. The business was acquired in 2010.

Brian graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he earned both BS and MBA degrees. When not working, he enjoys travel, photography, running, and hiking, and splits his time between Asheville, North Carolina, Los Angeles, and Massachusetts' south coast.
