Brian L. Shields

I am a creative business professional who lives at the intersection of tech, finance and entrepreneurship.

Currently, I am Head of Business Development for the US Funding Circle team, where I help the entrepreneurs and small business owners of the world access flexible, business friendly loans.

Previously, I was cofounder of IncubateNYC, a startup incubator which launched several products including OpenDoor (a digital platform for investment banks to more efficiently recruit & assess candidates). Before that, I cofounded InHouse Group, a small business lending & investment organization.

In my free time, my life mainly centers around triathlon training, donut eating, and faith building.
