Brian graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013 where he was the Managing Editor of the Energy Law Journal and a Staff Member on the ABA Environment, Energy, and Resources Law Year in Review. He also served as a member of the National Health Law Appellate Moot Court Team. Upon graduation Brian received certificates in the topics of Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law and International and Comparative Law.
