Brian Stertzer

Brian Stertzer is an accomplished business leader, financial planner, accountant, and entrepreneur. Since 2006, he has held the position of Managing Director of Asset Management at WealthStone, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio. In this position, he has successfully re-engineered the firm's asset management division and initiated a focus on providing superior service for ultra-high-net-worth clients. The firm currently holds over $500 million in assets under management. Brian Stertzer and his wife live in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where he manages WealthStone's satellite office.

Prior to joining WealthStone, Mr. Stertzer served as President of Dawson Resources, a human resources company. During his first 16 months there, he grew sales from $10 million to $17 million. Earlier in his career, he owned a successful personnel services company, served as a business consultant, and worked as a sales representative for Abbott Laboratories, Inc.

Brian Stertzer graduated from Eastmoor High School in Columbus as a member of the school Honor Society, and was an All-Ohio player in baseball and basketball. He went on to study at Capital University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1978. Brian Stertzer is professionally qualified as a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant.

Beyond his work with WealthStone, Brian Stertzer also serves as President of True North Foundation, a private charitable nonprofit in Columbus. Highly active in his local community, Mr. Stertzer participates with the Rotary Club in Hilton Head, South Carolina, volunteers with the Special Olympics, and holds the status of Trustee for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He spends his free time golfing, playing tennis, snow skiing, and coaching local youth athletic teams.
