I am a professional counselor, spiritual leader and relationship enthusiast. I help people develop and maintain healthy relationships in many aspects of their lives. I enjoy exploring the meaning we create out of our experiences and connections with the world around us, our family/friends, and ourselves. My favorite quote is from The Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler, "Everything you touch, you change. Everything you change, changes you. The only lasting truth is change." Things are always changing around us and change is often overwhelming. The good news is that you don't have to face the change alone.
