Bruce Coleman

Christian Rapper Bruce Coleman aka The Poetic Preacher was born and raised in New Olreans, Louisisana. A few days before Katrina hit Colmean moved to Houston, Texas in August 2005. Bout time 2006 came Coleman found himself doing Christian Rap freestyles on Youtube and from their starting writing his freestyles into Christian Rap songs. Coleman says he has writtern over 48 albums of songs but has only recorded a couple of Album. Coleman says, "Well in the next five years I plan on writing them into 4 books with featuring a collection of poetry."

Coleman plans on starting his own record label called Eternal Sunshine Records. Colemans says, "Well i just want to take that next step for my music to start evolving and that's having your own record label. It would be good as far as the business side of music. My website coming soon.

Coleman is also a poet first. Coleman has been performing and reciitng poetry all away from his teenager years in high school. Poetry was my frist love before I every got into Hip Hop or Christian Hip Hop. Colemans says, "Poetry is the mother and indeed Rap is the son of Poetry." Coleman hopes his music can reach communites in Texas and throughout America and aroudn the world, and he one day hopes he can start an organization that can help the youth by doing positivbe things like music, art, technology and just anything that deal with creativity. I pray that God Almighty let me turn a profit from my Christian Rap business so I can build myself and have the power to help others fincially speaking.
