Bruce Shalett

Mr. Bruce Shalett graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1988. He earned his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1993. In the early days of his career, Mr. Shalett worked in management consulting, offering strategic advisory services to Fortune 100 clients. He was the Executive Director of ACBD Holdings LLC, a Director of Smith Electric Vehicles Corp. and a Director of VC Arjent Ltd.

In November of 2007, he co-founded and became the CEO of the Wynston Hill Capital NY boutique merchant bank and brokerage firm. He continued there until May of 2011. In May of 20011 he became the Managing Director of the BS Freeman Capital LLC which sources small to middle market private equity deals. He is currently their managing director, while also working as the Managing Director at Radius Brand Strategies LLC, where he started in January of 2012. In March of 2013, he became the Co-Executive Chairman of the Intelligent Quisine LLC, an innovative frozen food company.

Since September of 2009, Mr. Shalett has also been an Advisor for ShareTheMic, which devotes its energy to supporting Cause Related Organizations, Corporations, NGOs and members of the Global Community who want to make the world a better place.
