Is not the fault of the crisis, although this has accelerated the process, but the changed global scenario, in which people were actually thrown wider, more and more into contact with distant places and cultures, but at the same neighbors, behind or inside the house.

In this scenario mass movements of people in search of new opportunities, work and food, pre-built systems are falling and are no longer able - as only a decade ago - to bear the social burden, the social integration: first of all the welfare systems. From now on - and more - everyone will have to bear a double workload: for themselves and others, and to do so responsibly with respect for people of different cultures, environment, energy, the planet. All these with the knowledge that if this is not done, a piece of their lives will be wasted ... Forever.

He decided to move to Social Innovation as a personal commitment to ethics and the sector high growth potential, as a natural outlet for professionals and management in the post-crisis period.

He studied Electronical and Computer Science at Milan Polytechnic, 1981 to 1986. Deep ICT knowledge, held senior technical and managerial positions in Italian companies and U.S. multinationals, becoming entrepreneur in 1991, founding several enterprises in the areas of VoIP technology, digital documents, web services, and more recently increasing the ability of strategic consulting.

From year 2004, he started to be coach and mentor for other enterprises and startups, creating foundation for Social4Social, one of the first "Virtual incubators", not with presence into 7 countries and with 80+ assisted projects.
