I combine strategy and technology for the digital expansion and transformation of organizations operating in complex contexts.

As Chief Digital Officer at Impresa, a leading media group in Portugal, I was a member of the Executive Committee and the Boards of Directors of its subsidiaries since 2023, leading digital business, technology, data and intelligence, and transformation and innovation, and contributing to the accelerated growth of digital audiences and customers in the streaming and publishing markets.

Since 2013 at EY Portugal, Angola and Mozambique, I defined and implemented business and transformation strategies with global clients in telecom, finance, energy, public administration and other industries – as an Equity Partner since 2016 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, I led Management and Technology Consulting services, which grew at more than 20% per year.

I founded Critical Management Consulting in 2011. Before that, I ascended to Director at Arthur D. Little, having joined in 2004, after starting my career at Deloitte Consulting in 1996.

I have been a guest lecturer at Universidade Católica and at Iscte, teaching media and information systems management. I completed the Harvard Leadership Program and I hold a Master’s degree in IT and Management from Iscte‑IUL. I am also the Vice‑President of Iscte Alumni Club.

My interests range from innovation to technology. I am also interested in entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
