Hello,
I have been a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor for many years, but I'm also a musician, husband , father, grandfather, and observer of nature and the workings of energy.
My passion is teaching Tai Chi and Qigong. I've been involved in the martial arts since the early 70's. Currently teaching in the Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA area as owner of Northwest Tai Chi and Qigong and also teaching at Aspen Grove Wellness Center in Beaverton, OR. My fuel is helping people improve there lives with the life nurturing internal arts.
Years ago, I was recognized by my Grandmasters from China as Master of Tai Chi and Qigong, and was also given the title Sifu from my teachers. I was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2007 as “Chinese Martial Arts Master of the Year” and again in 2008 as “International Sifu (instructor) of the Year.
