The birth of my daughter, Isla, last March has changed my life and career path in ways that I couldn't have imagined. After six years of living in the Caribbean and marketing some of the region's most sought-after resorts, my wife and I knew it was time to "let our roots grow". For us, that still means a life of marketing, sales, and entreprenuership but now we've chosen the time, place and circumstance for our energy-input. Last year we opened Puree Organic Cafe, in Mt. Pleasant SC and we couldn't be more excited to bring organic vegetarian food to the Low Country. I'm also consulting on the Caribbean's future...an eco-resort built on a pristine bay with a marina and beach. Hip, Hip, Puree!
