I'm an entrepreneur-friendly venture enthusiast who co-founded my first startup in 1999. Between stints as a business development executive with a number of private equity ventures and startup companies, I was a Vice President of at (NYSE: IDT), where I managed acquisition projects and established and managed a number of new corporate subsidiaries and startup ventures.

I started my professional career as a corporate lawyer in New York and Israel and as a Clerk on for Justice Yitzchak Zamir. I earned a B.A. in Economics from , and a J.D. with honors from .

I grew up in and I live in with my wife and seven children. I enjoy running as far as I can (← I even once beat an old guy to the finish line at a marathon).
