Calvin Johannsen

Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am a 23 year-old freelance video / motion graphics artist and entrepreneur currently residing in Des Moines, IA.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Northern Iowa in May 2009. I studied Electronic Media, with an emphasis in digital arts. I retain vast knowledge and experience in various computer applications (FCP, After Effects, Photoshop). I'd like to think my style does not reflect one specific type of work because I find passion in constantly evolving and experimenting within a variety of markets (documentary, corporate, commercial, creative).

My education and work experience have allowed me to follow my dream of pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. I currently own and operate "Wedding Bliss Productions" and my video production company "Visual House" is pending an LLC.
