Greetings,
My name is Pete and I thrive at the intersections of relationship building, media and innovation.
Currently, I serve as a full-time senior account executive at TMG. Since 2021, I lead media relations strategy and outreach for a variety of high tech startups and public companies.
This includes taking various pitching campaigns from pitch to publish, leading PR Planning and managing junior staff. I really made a name for myself in Tech Agency PR by developing new and proactive relationships for companies like Nanoleaf, Brilliant, Connectivity Standards Alliance, AXON, Niantic, Salesloft, Progress, Blockchain.com, EzCater and more.
Additionally, I stay active in ONA, SPJ, NABJ, NAHJ and AAJA organizations as well as volunteer for the CSUN Journalism Alumni Association Board of Directors. This helps me create a common ground and goodwill with media which helps my clients cut through the noise versus other PR pitches.
My background also includes media relations for a global newswire, media buying for various direct ecommerce clients, community relations with the L.A. Clippers during their rebrand, studying sports management, coaching football, leading my college paper as the sports editor and earning two fellowships for my entrepreneurship ventures.
These independent ventures include starting PSTMedia.net, LeftCoastSports.com, SilverandBlog.com and co-founding TouchdownsandTangents.com. I've produced 1,000 of published news articles, newsletters and podcasts all over over the web. All these experiences give me a bed-side manner when working with clients. I'm able to deliver the highest level of service to media and clients because I speak innovation very well.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, working out, traveling, spending time with friends, going to the movies and listening to live music. Helping raise my four brothers and sisters is my most proud accomplishment.
