Cat was conceived in Cambodia, born in Thailand, raised in Canada and is now living in Australia. Her round-the-world existence made her fluent in Khmer, French and English.

She started CamboKitchen in 2013 to publicly pursue her love affair with food. Her Cambodian heritage teaches her special characteristics of Khmer cookery. Over the last 5 years, it developed into a passion for reviving traditional flavours that she shares with the world. She joined a team at a unique leading Cambodian restaurant in Melbourne to help deliver valuable experiences and knowledge to an ever growing community of foodies. To top one of Madonna's most acclaimed singles "Music", in which she sings "Music makes the people come together", Cat's food philosophy is "Food makes the people come together..."!

Nowadays, Cat is living the sweet life on sabbatical and devotes her time to researching, experimenting, cooking, reading and writing her very first book. Sharing Cambodian recipes and its cookery secrets with adventurous food lovers and home cooks is one of her primary motivations. She dreams of opening a Khmer Bistro one day to show the world Cambodian cuisine's wonderful flavours and inspiring food lovers to savour other types of south east asian cuisines.
