Cameron Rasmussen

Cameron Rasmussen is a guitar player and composer from Halifax Nova Scotia. He has accompanied a three-piece band at a professional theater performance at the age of 18 as well as played with three other musical theater productions as the guitar player, even acted as Boy George in The Wedding Singer. Mr. Rasmussen's major achievements to date include playing solo guitar at the Canadian National Anthem for several thousand people at a national hockey game. He has been named Performer Of The Year for two consecutive years at J.L. Ilsley High School and had played shows with the Halifax All City Jazz Big Band and the Halifax All City Jazz Combo for dance gigs and other formal occasions, which include performing for the Lieutenant Governor of Canada. Mr. Rasmussen has also performed in Rick Waycheskos funk band, formerly one of the trumpet players for Tower Of Power. Cameron is currently pursuing a degree in Performance and Composition as well as a Minor in Psychology at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
