Candice's work involves traditional and digital publishing, and full service marketing communications to publicize brands--all entities from small businesses and emerging artists to corporations and high profile, celebrity artists and television networks. Candice develops long-term strategies for professionals and businesses to secure their reputation as it relates to industry news; she is most passionate about consistent brand and image management, audience engagement and reputation management, but she also has experience with viral, overnight campaigns and crisis management. Candice's work in crisis management for entertainment, lifestyle and sports industry professionals established her as a reputable communications professional. She consults several businesses in the greater Los Angeles area, both new and established brands, on best practices of public relations and social media community development. She also serves as an ongoing consultant for CBS and NBC television networks.

Passion for community drove education and career goals. Candice is Founder of HealthOC, a health initiative that focused on nutrition, prevention and natural health. She is a community advocate for Students Run LA (SRLA) a non-profit organization that trains at-risk students for L.A. Marathon. She began distance running at a young age, seven-years-old, by influence from her father; she approaches life with what she learned from the sport - Dean Karnazes: "Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up."  As of April 2012, she is currently focused on helping entertainment professionals and creatives as Chair of the L.A. Entertainment Professionals Network.

Inspiration? "I owe my daughter for anything I am today. She is my reason." Candice also blogs about the triumphs and challenges of life, love and single motherhood.

Life is short - Love hard.  Run hard.  Fight harder.  Forgive and let go.
