Carey Diaz

Carey Diaz is an up-and-coming manager for small, local artists within the Los Angeles area. From a young age, she was deeply immersed in music culture. Purchasing albums, attending concerts, and listening to songs on repeat were essential to her development as a manger and, most importantly, as a person.

Originally, Carey had an intense passion for singing and wanted to be an artist herself one day. With this, at the live shows she attended, she would pay close attention to all aspects of the artists' performance. Particularly speaking, she fell in love with the emotion and passion behind each song since it seemed to serve as a gateway to an intricate story the artist wanted to tell. That's when she realized that music is an art form that's just as uniquely important as a novel or painting. Therefore, she still hopes to be able to create her own music that will in turn enable others to feel the same emotions she felt when first listening to certain tracks.

Even so, management is the path she chose to follow. Due to the fact that helping others was essentially written in her DNA, she decided management would be a great fit. Using her knowledge of the music business, social media platforms, and leadership skills, she aspires to be able to develop artists stories through their brand.

Currently, she is working with a small, pop-punk band, Carried Still. With them, she plans on setting up social media outlets, assisting them solidify their brand, and build a fan base through live performances.

Overall, she plans on lending her time to several artists in order to take some of the weight off of their back's and establish their names in the music industry.
