Carl Mattone is the President of Mattone Group, LLC, a construction and development company based in New York City. The company specializes in real estate and property management.
Mr. Mattone currently serves as a Battery Park City Authority Board Member and is a member of the NY Developers. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Queens County Builders Association from 1986 to 1987 and Holy Cross High School in 2012.
Recent developments include, the Azure, a luxury condo community on New York's Upper East Side, at 80 percent sold. The Azure luxury high rise community was co-developed with the DeMatteis organizations. Its Penthouses A and B underwant a brand new interior redesign by acclaimed interior designers.
Carl Mattone supports a number of charitable organizations such as the Queens Library Foundation, Futures in Education Foundation, The Italian Charities of America, Order of Sons of Italy, Don Monti Memorial Research Foundation, American Cancer Society, Queens Museum of Art, the Little Neck-Douglaston Memorial Day Parade and the Queens Taste Festival.
Recognized as a top businessman in the Queens Community, Carl Mattone was honored as "Business Leader of the Year" by the Jefferson Democratic Club in New York in 2013 and at the "Kings of Queens" awards in 2010.
