Hey there, thank you for visiting please allow me to walk through Carl’s life journey.

"His quest to find the meaning and purpose of life, lead him from atheism to faith. After this realization, his journey to ‘discover his calling’, led him to take different roles from a network marketer to teaching Japanese students English, from leading the rifle salute in the National Cadet Corps to acting in front of large audiences, all these as a teenager. To equip himself, he's completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.

He was with the Corporate L&D - Leadership Development of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Although he loved what he did, he realized organizations have a greater impact than individual leaders. So he quit TCS and started helping small businesses to be effective.

Later he was with Surge Impact, a social business accelerator to increase the effectiveness of 'For-profit' social entrepreneurs, and with Anthill Ventures, a startup investment firm. In his most recent role, he's consulting in the private sector.

In his spare time, he co-founded a nonprofit which provided a platform for emerging leaders to develop their leadership skills by solving social problems. He also started a virtual peer learning group for board members of non-profits to increase their board effectiveness. He loves running, dogs, music, theatre, debating, and interdisciplinary approaches to systemic change.
