Hi… I’m Caroline Midgley and I love to inspire and empower people to feel fabulous in their 50’s and sensational in their 60’s, 70’s and beyond.

My passion is connecting people and creating wellness and business opportunities to optimize well-being physically, socially and financially.

Healthy aging is a choice I made over a decade ago when I was introduced to the wonderful world of wellness which had a life changing impact on my health. Since then, I’ve been guiding people to healthy lifestyle choices and products and empowering them to lead active, healthy and inspired lives. I am currently a promoter of Evolv Health products www.evolving-health.com and coach people to reach their personal goals.

I’m the Director of Marketing for and helped launch SOS- Seniors on Site- www.sosonsite.com -- a unique Ottawa based company that hires people 50+ years of age to provide in-home and personal care services to young families and seniors. This company values the life experience and wisdom of its caregivers.

I draw on a rich background heading PR & communications programs at three Canadian universities, and operating as an entrepreneur with consulting businesses in image, communications and personal development in Victoria B.C and Ottawa ON. I’ve worked with national and local associations and foundations. I'm now a volunteer for Age Friendly Ottawa and Dress for Success.

I'm an active networker and love connecting people at groups such as Women’s Business Connections, Women’s Network of Ottawa, and MoMondays.

When I’m not working, I love cooking, golfing, skiing, Nordik pole walking, dance, jazz, chamber music, fun and fashion and spending time with family and friends.

I share my life with Arnold, my best supporter and husband of 50 years and I’m the proud mother of two sons Eric and Adam. Our greatest joy is to spend family time with Eric and Gina who live in Austin TX and Adam and Ellen who live in Pemberton B.C.
