Caroline Pieper-Vogt combines a strong business sense with firsthand experience marketing and branding beauty products in complex, changing environments. Caroline Pieper-Vogt builds from her knowledge of retail to leverage market share, and she works with companies to increase sales and strengthen their brands.

Currently, Pieper-Vogt is the President of Scent Marketing Institute. Among other achievements, she worked out a partnership plan with Hyatt Place Hotels for providing customers with innovative scents and distributing them to all the Hyatt hotels. She hosted the SCENTworld Expo for professionals in this growing field.

Prior to that, Caroline Pieper-Vogt served as the Chief Executive Officer for Fusion Brands, Inc., where she increased sales revenue significantly. She created a five-year strategic plan and introduced several new companies into the corporate system.

Earlier, Pieper-Vogt held several positions at Clarins USA, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Group Business Development, she took responsibility for marketing and branding. Pieper-Vogt also led company efforts in education, consumer relations, and public relations. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, she helped increase market share for Clarins' skin care and make-up division and enhanced awareness for the brand.

Previously, at Prada Beauty, Pieper-Vogt helped develop a strategy for introducing a new product. She also worked as part of them team that facilitated the development of plans for taking the product around the world. Before that stint at Prada, she served in a variety of positions with Lancome/Cosmair, Inc., Estee Lauder, and Chanel.

Pieper-Vogt is a member of several trade associations, including Cosmetic Executive Women, Fashion Group International, and Young Presidents Organization. She has garnered several awards: a 2010 Fashion Group International Rising Star Finalist, a Women of the Future Recognition, and 2011 Beyond Beauty Nominee.
