Longtime business owner Caroline Thonon runs the Spa One Day Spa in Punta Gorda, Florida. Ms. Thonon has operated her own businesses for more than sixteen years, and her experience with health and wellness activities and also with management and customer service has positioned her to deliver a luxurious spa experience to local residents and visitors alike.

Located in the heart of downtown Punta Gorda, Ms. Thonon's Spa One Day Spa employs more than 20 service providers, including hair stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and a Board-certified plastic surgeon. The spa's services include facials, massages, nails, body wraps, and weight loss.

While Caroline Thonon is proud to offer a full array of treatments at her spa, facial care stands out as a Spa One specialty. The spa's signature facial, Recover & Restore, uses exclusive Osmosis-line beauty products to restore balanced, radiant skin. Furthermore, Ms. Thonon offers blueberry, chocolate, and vitamin C facials, in addition to treatments for acne and rosacea. Committed to the health of her customers and the planet, Ms. Thonon's business uses only natural, organic products.

Before founding her Spa, Caroline Thonon earned an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Dallas, acquiring strategic and managerial knowledge that has continued to benefit her business endeavors. Outside her small business, Ms. Thonon is active in the Punta Gorda community. She supports Florida's Guardian ad Litem program, which advocates for abused and neglected children, and the Yah Yah Girls, focused on helping the area's neediest children. To relax, she enjoys boating, traveling, and visiting the beach.
