Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. Mommy & Me Yoga,                                       10:00 - 5:00 p.m. Personal Training,                                          6:00 p.m. Outdoor workout with the Pit Crew! 

Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Personal Training,                        7:15 p.m. Boot camp
