I live in Denver. I dig it but claim Austin, TX as home.

I know a lot about corporate health programming, human social behavior, motivating and empowering poeple, events logistics, marketing, fitness and nutrition, and making things work when whatever you planned for isn't happening. I also know when to ask questions and when to shut the heck up.

I love smart and passionate people.

Passion and community are everything. Put your passion in what you love. Sourround yourself with people who are better than you and willing to pull you up. Be empathetic and humble, but bold. I've never started a business out of my dorm room or founded my own non-profit. I have, however, raised loads of money for various charities, worked for small start-ups, huge global companies, and the US government, built a hospital in Haiti, and driven a piece-of-crap car 10,000 miles from London to Mongolia. I like to bite off more than I can chew and figure out how to chew it anyway.

I'm happiest running, creating, getting s#@t done, listening to people share their stories, learning new things, listening to Radiolab while climbing hills on my bike, and writing thank you notes. And napping. Sleep makes everything better.
