I graduated from the University of California, San Diego with communication theories and writing techniques stuffed into my brain and extensive editorial internship experience under my belt. Throughout college, I juggled positions in marketing, public relations and magazine publishing while decorating hallways as a resident advisor and cracking jokes as a university tour guide. I thrive when conducting interviews, editing copy, checking facts, brainstorming headlines and contributing feature pieces to print/online magazines!
Currently, I'm the Associate Editor for The Young Entrepreneur Council, and I also contribute freelance pieces to CollegeCandy, SheKnows and Crushable. I'll be interning at The Hollywood Reporter this summer and starting a Master's program in magazine journalism at New York University in the fall.
