I'm endlessly interested in people, religion, politics, and conflict. I study religio-spiritual expressions of non-violence, interfaith engagement, and post-conflict development trends.

In the kitchen, I spend a lot of time tracking down new ways to use old ingredients. Food is very much a physical expression of prayer for our bodies and our relationships. The table we set, who we invite, and how we express love and disagreement is a tangible expression of grace.
