Growing up in Florida, Cassandra Roberts took a keen interest in hospitality and tourism while learning the importance of customer service.

Cassandra moved to San Diego, California in her early twenties to continue her career as the Membership Coordinator at the USS Midway Museum. Her time there gave her insight into working with a large membership database and eventually into generating KPI and other critical reporting systems organization wide. Cassandra realized she had a passion for connecting data with people during that time and got offered a position at a large church in San Diego to further that skill.

Cassandra now manages the entire 15,000 person congregation database which touches almost every part of the church, across 4 campuses throughout San Diego.
Cassandra also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her son, in addition to creating craft pieces in her down time.
