........... I grew up in Canada with food-conscious hippie parents and where everything was about being close to nature. Vegetables were home grown, bread was self made, meat came from self-butchered livestock, cheese was personally fetched from the dairy farm...
......20 years ago I continued life on this side of the Atlantic as a professional dancer. After finishing my career, I went back to the roots of my food-filled childhood and retrained as a chef. Since then I worked in many pressure-filled high-end kitchens around the world. I worked the last few years as a private chef and butler in one of the rare private stately mansions in Amsterdam.
