......20 years ago I continued life on this side of the Atlantic as a professional dancer. After finishing my career, I went back to the roots of my food-filled childhood and retrained as a chef. Since then I worked in many pressure-filled high-end kitchens around the world. I worked the last few years as a private chef and butler in one of the rare private stately mansions in Amsterdam.
