H. Warren Duff, Project Manager: Housing and Community Development Specialist, Minority Business Development Coordinator, and Community Planner

H. Warren has more than 30 years’ of local Regional, State and Federal experience in Housing and Community Development, Minority Business Development, Community Planning and Development and participated as a nation-wide team facilitator providing professional assistance to standard, substandard and troubled Public Housing Agencies over the nation.

Providing extensive Community and Development Business training to Executive Level Stakeholders such as the Executive Director, Board of Commissioners, and leaders of Not-For-Profit organizations in such diverse municipalities as Denver, Colorado, the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, the Housing Authority of New Orleans, the San Francisco Housing Authority, the Housing Authority of Shreveport, Louisiana and the DeKalb Housing Authority in Decatur, Georgia.

His core professional belief is improving and maintaining the status of underperforming public housing agencies. As a Supervisory Housing Management Specialist with the Department of HUD (DHUD) he has taken on the most troubled agencies in the United States as part of a nationwide improvement team.

He has earned numerous awards and certificates including the National Housing Management Award. H. Warren has participated in Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector, Lead Based Paint Inspector, REAC, Advanced Public Housing Accounting and Budgeting, Tax Credit Specialist, Public Housing Specialist, Housing Choice Voucher Specialist, Board of Commissioners and several others.

His most recent accomplishment is the successful completion of a 36 unit tax credit complex near Abita Springs, LA before retiring from the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development.
