Ching-Chi Chang

Hello,My name is Ching-Chi Chang, and I go by Victoria Chang. I am currently a Taiwanese international student in IU. After my high school graduation, I volunteered as a translator for a cruise called Freewinds. I was there to help Taiwanese participants to understand the instructions andknowledge during the activities and seminars they attend.From the experience, I listened and found the keypoints from a person’s talk, and then turn it into another language so that theTaiwanese can understand it. During the convention, there would be activitieswhere team work is needed. Sometimes Taiwanese participants would have some disagreements with team members from other countries. I have learnt to be patient and find what the problem is. Most importantly, come up with a solution together where both sides are equally satisfied.
