I’ve had the type of career that has taught me a lot about the importance of these things. Hosting a top radio morning show, climbing the ladder at a digital advertising agency, building social media strategies for top brands and managing sites for the world’s top retailers. I’ve learned that no matter what product you offer or service you provide, people are most important. Along my journey, I fell in love with improv and it has become a huge part of my life. I belong to an awesome Improv group called Red Pill Players. I get to laugh and live in truth with them everyday.

I’ve spent the better half of the last decade focused on self-discovery. I’ve read more books, articles, research studies and watched more documentaries than any one I know. I did the “work” to dig through all the self imposed fears, learned behaviors and bad habits that hold us back from living the life of our dreams. It wasn’t easy. It was downright painful, but many notebooks and tissue boxes later it was worth it. So I help others by sharing what I learned in hopes it makes their journey a little easier. I am certain that life is meant to be an adventure and in each moment we should strive for greatness.
