Quentin VerCetty

Teacher. Pupil. Critical Thinker. Dreamer. Optimist. and Friend. Coin with the name Babatunde meaning the "Father or the Elder returns" in the Yoruba language, for his old soul characteristics.

Quentin VerCetty is a multi-faceted artist that cares for and knows no boundaries when it comes to his artistic expression. Feeling obligated to spread a message of social change through the creativity of art. Quentin is often caught reasoning (with people) saying "For we cannot create change if we are not creative".

Quentin's work is a collective of painting, illustrations, mural works, photography, graphic design and spoken word poetry. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Where he is also one of the founding members of the institution’s first Black Student Association called the Onyx Society at OCAD U (OSO)
