I live in Berea, KY with my lovely wife (Letha) and son (Mason) where I am an IT Manager & Security Officer, a Radio Show Host and an Entrepreneur. I am currently a Commissioner for the City of Berea serving on the Human Rights Commission. I am also acting Chair for the Kentucky Hospice Network Informational Technology Peer Group. I attend the Berea United Methodist Church where I was the former Youth Minister. I am a Master Mason of Lodge 617 Berea, I am Past President of the Berea Lions Club as well as Past Chair for our Lions District Zone, I am active with The Berea Chamber of Commerce, I work with Miss Kentucky/Miss America system, and I attend and support many other organizations in my community. I attended Madison Southern High School and Berea College where I studied Vocal Performance with an emphasis on Broadway. I started working for my family's computer business in Lexington, KY (MCA) and later opened my own computer company called CH Business Systems, Inc. After selling CH to a friend and fellow entrepreneur, I got out of the hardware business and opened DataStar, Inc Computer Services. DataStar was closed in 2009 when I took a full time position with one of my most active clients. I've been on the radio since 1995 as the host of Tech talk with Chad Hembree (www.chadhembree.com) where my guests and I discuss the lastest and greatest in today's technology with a little fun along the way. My wife Letha is the Music/Chorus teacher at Madison Southern High School. Through Letha I keep strong ties to the Music and Theatre community where I still perform regularly.
